Phuket has bec ome a t ourist orientated regi on and the prices – whi le cheap by western standards – have g one up in t ow. In comparison, Pattaya is far more affordable in regards to accommodation, eating out and transportation. So between the two, Pattaya is far cheaper than Phuket.
And although many people visit that city each year, it is still not as developed as Bangkok. Prices are cheaper than Bangkok for most things. Angeles City does have its fair share of very high quality hotels like the amazing ABC hotel, and a handful of others. And these luxury hotels will be much cheaper than what you would pay back home for a similar room and facilities.
